Rootware Technologies Announces the Successful Launch of SEC’s Digital Payment Platform

Rootware Technologies is pleased to announce the successful launch of the new Digital Payment Platform developed for the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC). This milestone marks a significant step forward in enhancing SEC’s digital transformation journey and improving the efficiency and reliability of its payment operations.

The platform is designed to unify and streamline all payment processes, including billing, settlements, refunds, and real-time reconciliation, while ensuring high security, scalability, and continuous operational availability. It also provides advanced monitoring and analytical capabilities, enabling improved decision-making and an enhanced customer experience.

The project included system design, infrastructure setup, integration with existing SEC systems, data migration, performance testing, and operational readiness validation. Thanks to the combined efforts and collaboration of both teams, the platform was successfully launched without service interruption, ensuring a smooth transition to live operations.
